The Lincoln Electric Power Wave® S350 Air Cooled Aluminum One-Pak® (K3552-2) is a comprehensive welding solution designed specifically for high-precision aluminum fabrication. This package integrates the industry-leading Power Wave S350 power source with the Power Feed® 25M wire feeder and a Magnum® PRO AL push-pull gun, creating a system optimized for the unique challenges of welding aluminum.

This innovation allows the machine to automatically adjust to any input power from 200V to 600V, single or three-phase, 50 or 60 Hz, ensuring consistent performance regardless of the power grid. This One-Pak is tailored for aluminum applications. It includes the Power Feed® 25M, an advanced wire feeder with push-pull capabilities, and the Magnum® PRO AL Front Trigger Gun with a 25-foot reach. This combination ensures smooth, uninterrupted feeding of soft aluminum wires, eliminating bird-nesting and downtime. The system supports advanced waveforms like Pulse-on-Pulse® and Power Mode®, which provide superior bead appearance and heat input control critical for thin aluminum sections.
