The Lincoln Electric Power Wave S500 Dual Boom One-Pak (K3186-6) is a premier welding system designed for high-end industrial fabrication. This comprehensive package bundles the legendary Power Wave S500 power source with the advanced Power Feed 84 Dual wire feeder and the Cool Arc 55S water cooler. It is engineered to provide a complete, ready-to-weld solution for facilities requiring high duty cycles, precision arc control, and the flexibility of a dual-wire setup.

At the heart of this system is the Power Wave S500, featuring Lincoln's Tribrid Power Module. This technology ensures exceptional welding performance with high energy efficiency and a near-unity power factor. The machine is capable of multiprocess operation, including Stick, DC TIG, Pulsed DC TIG, MIG, Pulsed MIG, and Flux-Cored welding. With an output of 500 Amps at 60% duty cycle (and 450 Amps at 100%), it handles the thickest materials and most demanding production schedules with ease.

The "Dual Boom" configuration is particularly valuable for shops that weld multiple materials or joint types. The included dual wire feeder allows two different spools of wire (and potentially two different shielding gases) to be mounted simultaneously. Operators can switch between a root pass wire and a fill pass wire, or between mild steel and stainless steel, simply by picking up the other gun. This eliminates downtime associated with spool changes and equipment reconfiguration.

Included in this One-Pak is the Cool Arc 55S, a smart water cooler that communicates directly with the power source to ensure optimal cooling only when needed, reducing noise and energy consumption. The system also features PowerConnect technology, which automatically adjusts to any input power from 208V to 575V, making installation seamless across different facility power grids.
