The Lincoln Electric Power Wave® S500 One-Pak® (K3186-2) represents the pinnacle of modern industrial welding technology. Designed for heavy-duty fabrication, this package combines the high-output Power Wave® S500 power source with the advanced Power Feed® 84 wire feeder. The system utilizes Lincoln's proprietary Waveform Control Technology®, allowing operators to select from a library of pre-programmed waveforms optimized for specific materials and applications, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and nickel alloys. This ensures superior arc performance across MIG, TIG, Flux-Cored, and Stick processes.

At the core of the S500 is the Tribrid™ Power Module, which delivers exceptional welding performance with high energy efficiency and a high power factor. The machine features PowerConnect™ Technology, which automatically adjusts to any input power from 200V to 600V, 50 or 60 Hz, making it a truly global machine. For production environments, the integrated Ethernet port provides seamless access to CheckPoint™ Production Monitoring. This cloud-based system allows facility managers to track weld data, configure settings remotely, and analyze productivity metrics to optimize operations.

The included Power Feed® 84 bench feeder enhances the system's capabilities with its iArc™ digital control, which provides faster processing speeds and improved arc response. The feeder features an easy-to-read interface with memory presets, allowing welders to quickly recall frequently used settings. The One-Pak® configuration ensures that all necessary components—including the Magnum® PRO Curve™ 400 gun, drive rolls, and regulator—are provided, streamlining the setup process for immediate deployment in structural, automotive, or heavy equipment manufacturing environments.
