The Miller AlumaFeed 350 MPa MigRunner (951837) is a comprehensive industrial welding package engineered specifically for high-performance aluminum fabrication. At the core of this system is the AlumaPower 350 MPa power source, which utilizes inverter arc control technology to provide superior puddle control and outstanding MIG performance. The system is paired with the XR-AlumaFeed Suitcase wire feeder and the XR-Aluma-Pro 25ft water-cooled push-pull gun, creating a synchronized feeding solution that eliminates the common issues associated with feeding soft aluminum wires.

Synergic and Pulsed MIG Capabilities

This system features advanced Synergic Pulsed MIG capabilities. As the operator adjusts wire feed speed, the machine automatically modifies pulse parameters to match the required power output, ensuring consistent penetration and bead profile without the need for complex manual adjustments. The built-in Pulsed MIG programs are optimized for commonly used aluminum alloys, such as 4000 and 5000 series, and support wire diameters up to 1/16 inch. Additionally, the Profile Pulse feature allows users to achieve a "stacked dime" TIG-like appearance using the simplicity and speed of the MIG process, with adjustable frequency to control ripple spacing.

Power Management and Reliability

Equipped with Miller's Auto-Line Power Management technology, the AlumaFeed 350 MPa allows for connection to any input voltage ranging from 208 to 575 V, single or three-phase, with no manual linking required. This ensures consistent welding output even if input power varies by +/- 10%. Reliability is further enhanced by Wind Tunnel Technology, which prevents abrasive dust and particles from damaging internal components, and Fan-On-Demand, which operates the cooling system only when necessary to reduce noise and contaminant intake.
