The Miller AlumaFeed 450 MIGRunner Package (951559) is the premier solution for heavy-duty aluminum fabrication. Designed to address the specific challenges of welding soft aluminum wires, this system integrates the AlumaPower 450 MPa power source with the XR-AlumaFeed wire feeder and the XR-Aluma-Pro push-pull gun. The result is a highly reliable, synergic welding system that delivers consistent arc performance and wire feeding, even at extended distances.

At the heart of this package is the AlumaPower 450 MPa, which features Synergic Pulsed MIG capabilities. This technology simplifies setup by allowing the operator to select the wire diameter and material type, after which the machine automatically adjusts pulse parameters to match the wire feed speed. Additionally, the Profile Pulse™ feature allows for a TIG-like bead appearance with the speed and simplicity of MIG welding, crucial for applications where aesthetics are as important as structural integrity.
