The Miller AlumaPower 350 MPa is a dedicated aluminum welding power source designed to deliver superior arc performance and reliability in the most demanding industrial environments. Engineered specifically for aluminum fabrication, this 350-amp machine integrates advanced inverter technology with Miller's proprietary Synergic Pulsed MIG capabilities. The unit is built to address the unique challenges of welding aluminum, such as porosity, lack of fusion, and bead appearance, by providing precise control over the arc characteristics.

At the core of the AlumaPower 350 MPa is the Auto-Line™ Power Management technology. This feature allows for ultimate flexibility in input power, accepting any voltage from 208 to 575 V, single- or three-phase, without the need for manual linking. This ensures consistent welding output even if the input power fluctuates, making it an ideal solution for job sites with "dirty" or unreliable power. The machine's Wind Tunnel Technology™ further enhances reliability by directing airflow over internal components that require cooling while protecting sensitive electronics from dust and debris.

The system features Synergic Pulsed MIG operation, which simplifies setup and ensures consistent weld quality. As the operator adjusts wire speed, the pulse parameters automatically adjust to match the required power, eliminating the need for complex manual tuning. This is complemented by built-in MIG and Pulsed MIG programs tailored for a wide variety of aluminum wire diameters and alloys.
