At the core of the Continuum 350 is its ability to deliver advanced processes like Accu-Pulse and Regulated Metal Deposition (RMD). Accu-Pulse provides a tighter, more controlled arc with significantly less spatter and heat input, making it very forgiving to changes in stick-out. The improved RMD process is specifically designed for thin materials and gap filling, ensuring high-quality root passes with minimal spatter. Additionally, the High-Deposition MIG process offers higher deposition rates and lower heat input than standard spray transfer, ideal for thicker materials.
