The Miller Coolmate 3 Coolant System (043007) is a robust, 3-gallon cooling solution engineered for professional industrial environments. Designed to manage the thermal loads of water-cooled TIG, MIG, and plasma torches rated up to 600 amps, this unit ensures consistent performance during extended duty cycles. At the heart of the system lies a brass-body, positive displacement rotary vane pump. Unlike standard diaphragm pumps, this rotary vane mechanism provides steady coolant flow and pressure, significantly extending the pump's life expectancy and ensuring reliable delivery to the torch head.

Constructed with durability in mind, the Coolmate 3 features a polyethylene-molded coolant tank, fan shroud, and filler spout, making the entire fluid containment system rustproof and resistant to corrosion. The unit operates on a standard 115 VAC input and utilizes a closed-loop design with a high-efficiency fin-and-tube heat exchanger (radiator) to dissipate heat rapidly. To protect your valuable torch cables and heads, the system includes a factory-set pressure relief valve calibrated to 55 PSI, preventing over-pressurization damage. Additionally, the 1/4 HP motor is thermally protected, automatically guarding against motor burnout during strenuous operation.
