The Miller Deltaweld® 350 MIGRunner™ with Intellx™ Elite Feeder (951947001) represents a significant leap forward in industrial welding technology, combining the robust reliability of the Deltaweld power source with the advanced digital capabilities of the Intellx Elite wire feeder. Designed for general manufacturing, structural steel fabrication, and transportation industries, this system delivers a rated output of 350 Amps at 60% duty cycle, ensuring consistent performance in demanding production environments. The power source operates on 208/230/460 V 3-phase input power, providing flexibility for various facility configurations.

The core advantage of this package lies in the Intellx™ Elite Feeder. Unlike standard feeders, the Elite model unlocks advanced welding processes including Accu-Pulse® (GMAW-P) and RMD® (Regulated Metal Deposition). Accu-Pulse provides a 28% wider operating window compared to traditional CV MIG, offering a more forgiving arc that compensates for variations in tip-to-work distance and operator technique. This results in significantly reduced spatter and improved weld quality, particularly in out-of-position welding. The RMD process is engineered for thin materials and gap bridging, minimizing heat input and distortion.
