Unlike standard extractors that require the arm to be positioned within inches of the arc, ZoneFlow™ creates a large negative pressure zone that funnels air into the arm from up to 5 feet away. This extended capture range drastically reduces the frequency of arm adjustments, allowing operators to maintain focus on the weld pool and increase overall productivity.

At the core of the Capture 5 is the FilTek® XL filter technology. Rated at MERV 15, these filters are engineered specifically for the unique size and shape of welding fume particulates. They capture up to 95% of weld fumes, ensuring a cleaner breathing zone and facility environment. The system is designed for longevity and low maintenance; it features an automatic pulse cleaning cycle that activates every time the machine is powered down.
