The Miller FILTAIR® 951759 is a premier wall-mounted fume extraction solution designed for industrial welding environments where air quality and productivity are paramount. This package features an 8-inch diameter, 12-foot long extraction arm equipped with Miller's exclusive ZoneFlow™ technology. Unlike traditional extraction arms that require the hood to be positioned within inches of the arc, ZoneFlow™ creates a negative pressure zone that funnels air to the center of the arm from much greater distances—up to 5 feet away. This extended capture range is approximately three times larger than standard systems, ensuring effective fume removal even when the arm is not perfectly positioned.

Engineered for performance, the system delivers a nominal airflow of 875 CFM at the hood, powered by a high-efficiency fan system running on standard 115V input. The arm itself is constructed with external adjustments, which keeps the interior smooth and free of obstructions. This design minimizes airflow resistance, maximizes suction power, and simplifies maintenance. The unit is designed to work seamlessly with FilTek XL Filter Technology, which boasts a MERV 15 rating, capable of capturing up to 95% of weld fume particulates.
