Technically, the machine offers superior arc control through high-speed DC TIG pulsing capabilities. Capable of pulsing up to 5000 pulses per second, the system provides exceptional arc stability and reduced heat input, which is critical for minimizing distortion on thin or exotic materials. The Cooler-On-Demand™ feature intelligently manages the auxiliary cooling system, activating it only when necessary. This not only reduces airborne contaminants drawn through the cooler but also significantly lowers energy consumption and noise levels in the production environment.

The integrated Cooler Power Supply (CPS) simplifies setup by providing a dedicated 120-volt receptacle for the Coolmate 3.5, ensuring that the cooling system is powered directly by the welding machine. This integration prevents torch failure by ensuring the cooler is active whenever the arc is struck. With 9 independent program memories, operators can save and recall complex weld parameters instantly, ensuring repeatability and adherence to strict welding procedure specifications (WPS).
