The Miller PipeWorx 400 Welding System (230/460 V) is a specialized multi-process solution engineered specifically for the rigorous demands of pipe fabrication shops. Designed to optimize the workflow from root pass to cap, this system integrates advanced welding technologies with a user-centric interface that significantly reduces setup time and training requirements. At the core of the system is the PipeWorx 400 power source, capable of delivering 400 amps at a 100% duty cycle, ensuring continuous operation even in the most demanding industrial environments.

One of the standout features of the PipeWorx system is its simplified process setup. The front panel is designed by welders, for welders, utilizing clearly labeled controls and eliminating complex, hidden menus. This intuitive design allows operators to set up a new weld process in just a few basic steps, minimizing the risk of errors and ensuring consistent weld quality. The system features Miller's innovative "Quick-Select" technology, which automatically selects the correct welding process, polarity, cable outputs, and welding parameters with a single touch. This eliminates the need to manually switch cables and gas hoses between processes, such as switching from a TIG root to a Flux-Cored fill, thereby streamlining the fabrication process and reducing downtime.

The PipeWorx 400 is optimized for pipe welding, offering conventional Stick, DC TIG (Lift-ARC or HF Start), Flux-Cored, and MIG processes. It also includes advanced RMD (Regulated Metal Deposition) and Pulsed MIG processes.
