OVERVIEW

The Ultimate All-in-One Welder for Professionals

Take your welding capabilities to the next level with the Miller Multimatic 235. Whether you are in the shop or out in the field, this machine is built to handle whatever comes your way. It combines the power of an industrial welder with the portability you need, weighing in at just 63 pounds. Say goodbye to hauling multiple machines; the Multimatic 235 handles MIG, Stick, and TIG welding with ease, giving you the freedom to tackle diverse projects without slowing down.

Setup Made Simple

Time is money, and the Multimatic 235 saves you both. With the Auto-Set Elite feature, you don't need to be a welding engineer to get the perfect arc. Simply select your material, thickness, and wire size on the bright 4.3-inch color screen, and the machine sets the parameters for you. It's perfect for welders of all skill levels, ensuring you get a high-quality weld every time. If you prefer to fine-tune your settings, the manual mode gives you complete control over every aspect of the arc.

Seamless Aluminum Welding

Switching between steel and aluminum has never been smoother. Thanks to the Gun-On-Demand feature, you can keep your standard MIG gun and an optional spool gun connected at the same time. Just pull the trigger on the gun you want to use, and the machine instantly switches to the correct settings. No more unplugging cables or navigating complex menus—just grab the gun and weld. This feature alone can save hours of downtime on mixed-material projects.

Built for the Job Site

The Multimatic 235 isn't just smart; it's tough. It's designed to withstand the rigors of daily use in fabrication shops, maintenance departments, and construction sites. The included MDX-250 MIG gun features the AccuLock consumable system, which prevents cross-threading and ensures smooth wire feeding. Plus, with the ability to run off a 10,000-watt generator, you can take this welder to remote locations where grid power isn't available. Invest in the Multimatic 235 and experience the confidence that comes with owning a Miller.

  1. MiG welding

You can't tack any metal thicker than 1/8 machine starts off at 60IPM and you can't turn it off or adjusted it and have to wait 5 seconds until it goes to the speed that you have set for wire speed

  2. Smooth operation

I've been a welder for 25+years and I have always loved Miller vs. Any other manufacturers. I like Lincoln for diesel welders and 600-1000 amp for sub arc applications. ESAB makes a great wire feeder and until now they were my favorite mig/Flux Core machine. I currently have a Miller 235 multi-process machine. I've been obsessed with the syncrowave technology and I think there are no comparisons. When i switched from my Lincoln 200a mig welder to this and used it for Flux Core it was a transcending experience. Smoothest hot start ever and exquisite operation throughout each pass. Nothing else comes close. Haven't used TIG yet or spool gun. I couldn't afford them but I will review when I do. Thanks Miller. Never let me down

  3. The Multimatic 235 Multiprocess welder is good for the cost

The 235 Multiprocess welder is very good. Everything works well. The fan is very constant and a bit noisy. It does not have the pulse option. The power cord comes with a plug and that is nice. It has a smaller screen than the 255. It works fine, but if you desire much improvement spend $1000 more for the 255. I chose Miller over all the other welders on the market because of its support and technology, even though many other welders may be 1/2 or better the cost. I prefer to avoid the frustrations of dealing with cheap welder issues that are likely to surface.

  5. Great Welder, But you pay for the Blue

Great welder, but Holy Moses is the MDX stuff expensive. For the price, this welder should come with the .023 kit as well.

  6. Multimatic 235

I haven't used the stick yet but the Mig is one very smooth operation. I've used the Auto Set and haven't needed to adjust yet. Very impressed with this machine. I have a hay farm and will be using the stick in the very near future working on some of my implements. A very versatile machine
