The Lucas-Milhaupt Silvaloy 560 is a premium, cadmium-free silver brazing alloy designed for applications requiring high joint strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and safety compliance. Classified as BAg-7 under AWS A5.8 standards, this alloy contains 56% silver, balanced with copper, zinc, and tin. The addition of tin promotes superior wetting action, particularly on stainless steel, while maintaining the lowest melting temperature of any cadmium-free silver braze. This characteristic helps minimize heat input, reducing the risk of distortion or metallurgical damage to the base materials.

This 1kg coil of 2.4mm wire is engineered for industrial environments where precision and reliability are paramount.
